Please note that all support is currently only provided in the following languages; English, German, Danish and Swedish.
Before contacting us, please check the FAQ section (Visit our FAQ here) where most of the common issues have been addressed. If your question(s) is not answered via the FAQ you can either use our LIVE Customer Support Chat or if they are offline send an email to SK Gaming Arena Customer Support Helpdesk. (Support email requests will be addressed within 24 hours upon reception)
When emailing Customer Support please be as detailed as possible with your question, like if you had an incident or issue with one of our servers or services please provide us with the date, time, the server name etc., that way we can faster get back to you with an answer. If you have a registered account, please ensure that you provide us with minimum your username and the email you registered with (Never send in, or give your password to anyone and therefore we will also never ask you for it, for your own safety).
