Deposit Policies:
- Some deposit methods may not be available to clients in certain areas.
- All online deposits are processed using up to 256bit SSL encryption or better.
- SK Gaming Arena may limit incoming amounts with certain deposit methods.
- Sender’s information and receiver’s information must match for all deposit methods.
- Deposit methods require that the same method is used for withdrawal.
- Transfer fees will not be reimbursed on incoming deposits if a withdrawal has been
made and processed within the previous 72 hours. (If an account shows a history
of excessive withdrawals and deposits over a short period of time, reimbursement
of transfer fees will be suspended by management.)
- There is a minimum 7 day hold (unless otherwise noted) on the initial deposit before
the first withdrawal.
- All Deposit methods are free. SK Gaming Arena will cover all fees.
- Unless otherwise specified all direct credit card deposits have a min 30 day hold
before a withdrawal can be made. This does not apply to any method that is powered
by Moneybookers.

Withdrawal Policies
- Withdrawal requests are accepted 24hrs a day and are processed Monday thru Friday
09:00 CET to 13::00 CET, usually within 48 hours of being requested but could take
up to 5 business days due to high volume.
- SK Gaming Arena will make disbursements in the currency of your account. If this is not possible
for any reason all conversion rates and/or banking fees by institutions outside
the LUOP organization will be the responsibility of the account holder.
- SK Gaming Arena requires documentation such as but not limited to a valid picture ID (copy
of passport, driver's license or national ID card) and a utility bill (Invoice/statement
send to the users psysical address, which can be either an internet, phone, mobile,
heat, water or electricity document) less than 3 months old that lists your
name and address as proof of residence for security purposes prior to any withdrawals
being processed.
- Clients withdrawals are only processed via Moneybookers. Withdrawals will be processed
using SK Gaming Arena.
- SK Gaming Arena accounts receiving promotional bonuses must review and understand all rules
associated with the promotions offered on the promotional page prior to making a
withdrawal request.
- SK Gaming Arena will not reimburse transfer fees on incoming deposits if client has requested
a withdrawal in last 7 days.
- SK Gaming Arena accounts deemed making numerous/excessive withdrawals and deposits over short
periods of time, will result in a suspension of SK Gaming Arena covering the transfer fees
or withdrawal fees.
- SK Gaming Arena’s management reserves the right to suspend or cancel any withdrawal. SK Gaming Arena
will notify client of such action with reasons for doing so.
- Unless otherwise specified all direct credit card deposits have a min 30 day hold
before a withdrawal can be made. This does not apply to any method that is powered
by a validated E-wallet like Moneybookers, PayPal etc.
